“I want to mark out some themes that were crucial for our hospital’s accreditation process.
For instance, I want to say that sustainability approach as it is, was re-sorted and renewed in our hospital after getting to know UN’s sustainability development goals and our matching interests to be part of improvement of these goals. Implementation of written strategic plan with long-term and short-term goals has clearly show to governing body of the clinic the main directions to be focused on, and somehow main goals were imprinted in our minds so, that every step for improvement was connected to big goals in strategic plan.
In general, accreditation process helped us to see processes as they are and made clear image for us how to improve. Thank you for your work and help.”
