We are delighted to welcome Chahrazed Trad as the new Regional Office Representative for Algeria. A seasoned expert in pharmaceutical and medical tourism marketing, Chahrazed brings extensive experience across the Maghreb and MENA regions. She holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing, specialized training in medical tourism marketing, and is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
During her career, Chahrazed has held strategic leadership positions including Algeria Rare Diseases, MS and Thyroid Cancer Product Manager, as well as Marketing Support & Services Manager for the Maghreb region covering Algeria, Tunisia, and Morocco. Her expertise includes KOL management, healthcare marketing execution, budgeting, audit management, policy compliance, and stakeholder engagement across the healthcare sector.
In addition to her corporate achievements, Chahrazed is the founder of Gems Tours & Travel Services and the visionary behind Pathway Destinations, an innovative Algerian initiative integrating medical, academic, and investment-focused travel. She has actively participated in international medical tourism workshops and events across Europe, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East, while building a strong network within the Algerian healthcare ecosystem.
Currently serving as Country Director for Temos in Algeria, Chahrazed is committed to advancing healthcare quality standards nationwide. Her ambition is to help position Algeria as a leading African hub for medical tourism over the next decade by leveraging Temos standards to strengthen both public and private healthcare institutions across the country.
