We are happy to introduce Dana Msaddi, who has taken on the role of Temos Regional Office Representative for Syria. She is the founder and managing director of Msaddi Pulse Healthcare Solutions, a healthcare advisory organization focused on governance, quality, knowledge transfer, digital enablement, and operational excellence in the Syrian healthcare sector.
Dana brings extensive leadership experience in healthcare strategy and operations. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Board Director at Neuro Spinal Hospital in Dubai, where she led the planning and commissioning of a new 114 bed hospital and oversaw key operational areas including quality, ICT, supply chain, and business development. During her leadership at Neuro Spinal Hospital, the organization also achieved Joint Commission International accreditation.
She also founded Vitalite Medical Centre, an outpatient medical center focused on physiotherapy and preventive care, which was later acquired by Kings College Hospital in 2025.
Dana holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and a Bachelor of Science in Management Sciences and Information Systems from the American University of Sharjah. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, she brings strong regional insight and international experience.
