Wolfgang Ditscheid brings over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, covering accounting, controlling, taxation, finance, and energy billing. He has held senior leadership roles with full operational and financial responsibility, managing business units with revenues up to €2.7 billion.

He has extensive expertise in project management, including organizational design, restructuring, and S/4HANA General Ledger and Tax implementations. Wolfgang is also skilled in developing Shared Service Centers and promoting cross-functional collaboration, applying modern methodologies such as New Ways of Working (NWoW).
