At Temos she holds a position of Customer Care Manager and is an integral part of the Global Customer and Partner Management team, where she focuses on strengthening relationships with clients, ensuring a high-quality service experience, and supporting the continuous improvement of the customer engagement processes.
Over the course of her career, Valeriya has been involved in international project management and sales activities across various markets, allowing her to develop a deep understanding of client needs and expectations in cross-cultural settings. She is fluent in Russian, English, German, and Spanish, which not only reflects her passion for languages but also enhances her ability to communicate effectively with partners and clients from around the world.
