Petra Heß (MHBA) is an experienced healthcare consultant with a strong background in hospital quality management, clinical performance management, and clinical coding.

With over 30 years in international healthcare, she has conducted and led numerous quality projects across Europe, Asia, and Latin America for organizations such as TEMOS International, EPOS Health Management, and others.

She holds a Master’s degree in Health Business Administration and a German Diplom degree in International Business and Chinese Studies. She is also a registered nurse. Her work is increasingly focusing on digital transformation in the healthcare setting.
