Chahrazed Trad serves as our Regional Office Director in Algeria, bringing extensive expertise in pharmaceutical marketing and medical tourism development across the Maghreb region. She holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing and has completed specialized training in medical tourism marketing. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, she combines strong regional market knowledge with broad international exposure.

Throughout her career, she has held several senior marketing and management positions in the MENA region, including Product Manager for Algeria Rare Diseases, Multiple Sclerosis, and Thyroid Cancer, and Marketing Support & Services Manager for the Maghreb region, covering Algeria, Tunisia, and Morocco.

Her professional expertise includes KOL management, coordination and monitoring of medico-marketing activities, budgeting, financial and audit management, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry standards. She has participated in numerous international medical tourism workshops and healthcare events across Europe, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. She has coordinated the participation of Algerian healthcare professionals in scientific congresses and international events abroad.

In addition to her corporate experience, Chahrazed is the founder of Gems Tours & Travel Services and the initiator of Pathway Destinations, an Algerian project integrating medical, academic, and real estate tourism services.

With her strong background in healthcare marketing, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and event management, she brings valuable insight into the Algerian healthcare sector and supports the development of our activities and partnerships in Algeria.
