(Kim) Ta Thi Kim Ngan

Ms. Ta Thi Kim Ngan is a senior human resources and organizational development leader with over 15 years of experience across global and Vietnam-based enterprises. Her career is defined by a strong focus on people strategy, organizational design, and enabling collective performance at scale, particularly within technology-driven and high-growth environments.

During her 12-year tenure at FPT Software, Ms. Ngan held multiple senior leadership roles, most notably serving as Director of Talent Acquisition cum Deputy Director at FPT Software. In this role, she led large-scale talent acquisition, workforce assurance, and organizational operations across Vietnam and international markets, including Southeast Asia, Korea, and Europe. She also served as Chief Operating Officer of HOMA Techs, an IoT start-up invested by FPT Software, where she was responsible for operational structuring and organizational readiness during the company’s growth phase. From 2021 to 2024, she assumed the role of Country Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Lazada Vietnam (Alibaba Group), overseeing national recruitment strategy, employer branding, and talent scaling during rapid business expansion.

Today, Ms. Ngan is Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Kwise, where she advises enterprises and leadership teams on organizational design, talent systems, and leadership capability development—an area increasingly critical to Vietnam’s evolving business landscape. She is also Co-Founder and Business Enabler of Cognisian, a boutique AI company, focusing on translating AI-driven data and insights into practical decision-making frameworks, particularly in healthcare and complex organizations. With hands-on involvement in AI-data management over the past two years, she bridges people strategy, organizational design, and data-enabled transformation. In addition, Ms. Ngan is Co-Founder of VietHealthcation, contributing to workforce development, leadership capability building, and organizational readiness within the healthcare and medical tourism ecosystem.

Ms. Ngan holds an MBA in Management Consulting from FHNW, Switzerland, and a Master’s candidate in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration, combining consulting rigor with deep organizational and healthcare system insight to support sustainable, system-level transformation.
