Dr. Ricardo J. Silva is a Biomedical Engineer and Global Health Specialist with over 20 years of experience in clinical engineering, healthcare quality, and international accreditation. As the Temos International Regional Representative for Latin America and the Caribbean, he supports healthcare providers in achieving excellence in patient safety, medical travel standards, and service quality.

With a multidisciplinary background in biomedical engineering, integrative biosciences, and innovation management, Dr. Silva combines technical expertise with strategic insight to strengthen healthcare systems and promote sustainable development. He has worked extensively as a consultant and assessor, guiding healthcare organizations in aligning with international quality and safety standards.
