Huynh Phuong Uyen (June) is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of VietHealthcation (VHC), an independent, partner-centric medical tourism ecosystem in Vietnam. Her professional focus lies in healthcare market development, international engagement, and strategic communication, supporting healthcare organizations in strengthening quality readiness and alignment with international patient and partner expectations.
Prior to founding VietHealthcation, Huynh Phuong Uyen (June) worked with GlobalHealth APAC, where she supported hospitals and clinics across the region in international market engagement, patient experience positioning, and cross-border healthcare development. This experience provided her with direct exposure to healthcare quality frameworks, international accreditation-driven readiness, and the practical challenges healthcare providers face when engaging international patients and partners.
In her current role at VietHealthcation, Huynh Phuong Uyen (June) leads ecosystem coordination, international partnerships, and market development initiatives, working closely with hospitals, healthcare quality experts, training institutions, and regional stakeholders across the Asia–Pacific region. Her expertise lies in translating healthcare quality frameworks, service capabilities, and workforce readiness into structured communication and engagement models that are credible to international patients, institutional partners, and healthcare intermediaries. She contributes to the design of integrated patient pathways that align clinical quality, operational processes, and communication standards.
Huynh Phuong Uyen (June)’s work is informed by a systems-oriented approach to medical tourism development, emphasizing coordination between healthcare quality, workforce capability, governance, and communication. She holds a Bachelor of Professional Communication from RMIT University, providing a strong academic foundation in strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural coordination.
