Dr. Shaimaa Elatwey is an accomplished executive healthcare consultant with over 15 years of experience in healthcare governance, compliance & risk management, quality & patient safety, strategy, operations, revenue cycle management (RCM), value-based care, and organizational transformation across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. She has held several senior leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer of White Cell Group (WCO), Governance & Quality Director at King’s College Hospital London – Jeddah, Operational Excellence Director at Bakhsh Hospital Group, and Chief Quality & Transformation Officer in multiple healthcare organizations.

Dr. Elatwey has led numerous high-impact projects focused on optimizing hospital operations, cost efficiency, regulatory readiness, and achieving national and international accreditations. Her qualifications include Certified Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) – UK, ICHOM Certified Value-Based Healthcare Professional, Certified Healthcare Building and Operational Commissioning, EMBA, CPHQ, CPPS, LSSBB, ISQUA Fellowship, and TEAMSTEPPS Master Trainer.

Over the past decade, she has consulted and surveyed more than 50 hospitals, supporting them in building and operational commissioning, accreditation readiness, governance and compliance framework establishment, RCM optimization, and operational transformation. She also serves as a professional instructor, delivering lectures and workshops in governance, risk management and compliance, hospital management, budgeting, healthcare quality & patient safety, leadership, and accreditation readiness.
