| Dr. Kun Zhang is a globally trained medical professional and a nationally recognized expert in hospital management, with more than 25 years of experience in health system strategy, operational excellence, and healthcare transformation in China. Holding a Doctor of Public Health (Dr. PH) from Johns Hopkins University, he currently holds a leadership role at the Hospital Management Institute of Peking University First Hospital. Dr. Zhang previously served as leadership role at McKinsey & Company, Accenture’s China Healthcare practice. His extensive executive leadership also includes being part of the founding team for China Resources Healthcare, driving digital health innovation as a leader at Chunyu Doctor, and multiple CXO roles within major hospital groups in China. His professional work seamlessly bridges global strategic consulting and local operational governance, translating international best practices into practical, system-level execution.
