Dana Msaddi brings over two decades of executive leadership experience in healthcare quality, governance, hospital operations, and digital transformation. With more than 23 years in the healthcare sector, she has led complex institutional initiatives that integrate clinical governance frameworks, accreditation standards, digital health systems, and operational performance optimization. Her leadership has been instrumental in aligning quality systems with executive decision-making and sustainable institutional growth.
In her role as Chief Operating Officer of a highly specialised hospital in Dubai, she successfully led the embedding of structured governance models and a culture of continuous improvement. She chaired the steering committee responsible for the selection and implementation of the hospital’s Health Information System (HIS), including systems design, workflow re-engineering, stakeholder alignment, and structured change management to ensure sustainable digital adoption across clinical and administrative teams.
In addition to her executive leadership roles, she is the founder of Pulse Healthcare Solutions, a platform dedicated to advancing healthcare systems through quality frameworks, knowledge transfer, capability building, and ethical collaboration. Through Pulse, she supports healthcare institutions in strengthening governance structures, implementing performance-driven systems, and fostering institutional learning.
Dana holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). Her professional journey reflects deep exposure to regional and international healthcare models, having collaborated with multidisciplinary consulting teams from various countries. She remains committed to safe healthcare through structured quality improvement, responsible digital transformation, and long-term institutional development.
