“We consider it important to increase the service quality standards of our hospital in the Temos
accreditation process. Our expectations were fully met. The positive and cooperative attitudes
of the officials during the accreditation process, sharing their experiences with us and giving
examples in practice have been valuable for us. Temos accreditation standards are applicable
standards in healthcare.
During the implementation of the standards, many services such as hospital infrastructure,
quality of employee performance, facility security, patient safety, and services offered to
international patients are developing. Completing this process and starting to accept
international patients is the most important added value for our hospital.”
