As part of the Customer Care department, he serves as a key point of contact for Temos’ international clients, ensuring a smooth, responsive, and professional experience throughout the accreditation process.

Temos works with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers around the world to improve quality, patient safety, and organizational efficiency through internationally recognized accreditation standards. In this global context, Leon plays an important role in guiding and supporting clients on their path to certification.
